I read the last chapter and found it an easy read. It made me realize that teaching with where the students are and going one step further (which is what language teachers do instinctively) is the way to go. Curriculum is there to be used to help teach the students but it is not the main goal. Skill development and mastery are essential and this chapter focus' on that.

There were some ideas that I think I will try out.
